Wanepass provides an online platform where event organizers ("Organizers") can create, manage, and sell tickets or registrations for various events, and where users ("Attendees") can discover and purchase such tickets.

Wanepass is a service provider and is not the creator, organizer, or owner of the events listed on the Platform. We are responsible only for the technical provision of the ticketing system.

All ticket sales are final and governed by the specific refund policy established by the Organizer for the relevant event. By completing a purchase, you agree to the price listed and any applicable service fees.

Payment processing services are provided by third-party processors. Wanepass does not directly store full credit card information on our servers.

You agree not to:

• Resell tickets at unauthorized markup prices.
• Use automated systems (bots) to purchase tickets.
• Upload malicious code or interfere with platform infrastructure.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.

Wanepass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the service or the cancellation/rescheduling of events by Organizers.
