Control who can discover and open your event page from Review & Publish.
Public events
The default is Public — listed on Wanepass. The event appears in Wanepass search and on your organization profile. On the publish checklist, Privacy shows N/A for a public event.
Private events
Choose Private — hidden from directory and search engines. Privacy becomes a required checklist step. Pick an access level:
- Anyone with the link — guests with the private URL can register
- Invite-only — only invited email addresses can register
- Password protected — guests enter a password before seeing the page. Save a password before you publish; an empty password keeps Privacy incomplete and blocks publish.
